My Skyler X Macky's Rhosinia
To lazy to post their links right now, bleh.
Summary: Just talking and interacting, all that fun stuff.
Rho
I trotted along the soft, open plain. The wind combed through my hair, throwing my forelock across my eyes. I stumbled on a rock, my hoof twisted while my body did not. 'Ouch.' I pushed the small nagging pain to the back of my mind, and continued trotting along. I wasn't sure where I was going today, but the smell of the quick wind was promising for an eventful day. I shook my mane out as I slowed down to a stop, letting my necklace and scarf fall down behind my ears. I rolled my eyes, the cumbersome things.

Skyler let the warm, quick breeze blow his long black mane back. He slowly trotted over the soft grass in the wide, open plain. He had no herd to worry about, so he was free to go were he pleased. Sometimes that thought made Skyler sad, but he liked it this way. He was quite shy of other horses. He looked up at the blue sky and then all around the plain. All he could see for miles was lush grass. Skyler suspected he was the only horse out here. He knew it could be very dangerous for him, since he would be an easy meal for any wild animal. But he also loved it. Only him and the wind on an empty plain. Skyler sighed happily. Suddenly, he spotted something in the distance. Panic seized him when he thought of wild animals and being all along. The animal continued to walk forward, and as she drew closer to were Skyler was standing. Relief washed over him when he realized it was just a horse-a mare to be exact. Skyler hated having to have greet other horses, but with them being the only living things out here, he knew he would have to introduce himself. Taking a breath, he started walking towards her.
Rho
A strong smell hit me smack in the muzzle, and I lifted my head, craning my neck out as my nostrils flared. The smell was distinct, stallion, and I pinned my ears at the scent. He could have a herd, or could be roaming with bachelors. Either way, it was a dangerous situation for me. I narrowed my orbs as he approached confidently. I shook my necklace and scarf back down onto my withers, and trotted slowly towards the stallion. I could possibly ale him out, and earn myself the token to escape. I perked my ears, and hesitantly lifted my tail. I wanted to turn and run, but there was a chance he could chase me. This was my best bet.
Sky
Skyler continued walking towards the mare. When he drew closer, he saw that she was a beautiful, rare color that he had never seen before. She had a beautiful white and silver dapple paint coat that Skyler couldn't take his eyes off of. Around her neck was a soft, light blue object, along with a thin grey chain with a small charm attached. The objects made Skyler curious, and he wondered what they were. He stopped walking just a few feet away from the mare. He looked up and caught his breath at the mares sharp, beautiful blue eyes looking right at him. His heart began to pound and his knees felt week. Snorting to clear his throat, Skyler spoke. "Hello there." He felt his shyness start to creep up on him again but he quickly swallowed. "My name is Skyler." Skyler said, looking at the small mare with a smile and expecting her name in return.
Rho
The stallion was closer now to me, and the insides of me started rolling over themselves at being this close to another horse. Skyler was his name... something about the way he said his name made my heart fly. "I'm Rhosinia," I say in an unusually high, squeaky voice. I avert my eyes as I drop my ears into a relaxed position, and clamped my tail back down. I must look like some stupid little filly in front of this stallion. I look up again, focusing my glassy orbs on his stunning hazel-brown pools of impending darkness. I gave him a small half smile, not quite sure what to do in the situation at all. "Do you have a herd, or are you a bachelor?" I ask, hoping he was neither, though it was unlikely.
Sky
Sky smiled. He liked that name. 'Rhosinia..' "That's a very pretty name." He said gently to her. He wanted to blurt out that she was beautiful too, but he held it back and stood quietly looking at her. She asked him if he was a bachelor or lived in a herd. "Well actually, neither." Skyler said, hoping that wouldn't make her upset. "I've lived alone just about my entire life..I've never lived in a herd. Before that, when I was young, I lived with my mother." He looked down at the ground sadly when he mentioned his mother. He hoped Rhosinia wouldn't ask anything about her..at least not yet. "And..do you have a herd?" Skyler asked, hoping she lived alone just like him.
Rho
My heart soared. Neither. We were both loners. "I'm a rouge of sorts, possibly an outcast," I say, really not sure of the answer. I averted my eyes, "I understand what its like to lose someone you love," I say quietly in reply to his remark about his mom. I brought my bright eyes up to his, and held them there, shivering a bit. I never had felt this way towards a stallion, but, strangely enough, I was somewhat okay with it. I snorted out and shook my forelock, purposefully breaking the silence. "So you just live around here, or...?" I ask, trailing off as my words slurred a bit. If horses could blush, I was, because I felt all of me get hot all over as Skyler surveyed my with his captivating eyes.
Sky
Skyler smiled back at the mare, looking deep into her beautiful eyes. He felt little butterflies in his stomach and his heart tingled. He had never felt this way about another horse in his life. Skyler wasn't sure what he was feeling at the moment, but he didn't want it to stop. Rho asked Skyler if he lived around here, and Skyler responded. "Well, near here. I don't really live anywhere really..I just travel around this area." He secretly hoped Rho lived nearby, so that he could see her again. He was surprised that he could talk so easily to her..usually he was very shy. But Rho..she was different for some reason.
Rho
I felt weak in my knees as he spoke to me with a voice of silk. Every part of me trembled, jangling the keys in my necklace. I attempted to steady myself, giving him a shaky reply, "I live around this place, more up in the mountains. I just come down here to get away from the... cold," I say, my voice clearly shaking. I lift my head, letting my eye flow from Skyler's face to the tip of his tail, then down. I sigh happily as I think of having a friend... or more. I shiver at the nice, yet frightening thought.
